My name is Christie Yuen and I am a graduate of the York University & Sheridan College Joint Program in Design (YSDN) in Toronto, ON. There, I acquired knowledge about creative, critical and strategic thinking design and refined my skills in various digital tools. My passion lies in information design, corporate identity and illustration.
I am currently a graphic designer at Urban Strategies Inc., a land use planning and urban design firm, and am involved in creating compelling communicative materials such as proposals, reports, advertisements, brochures, newsletters and panels.
I gained experience creating graphic components for a wide range of clients at Dialogue 38, an architecture and communications firm, and Teletoon Canada, a specialty television channel broadcasting animated programming.
When I'm not in front of a computer, I enjoy baking, making crafts and DIY projects, discovering new eats in the city, and playing pool. If you like what you see, feel free to contact me!
